The pipeline
Projects at different stages across Europe, each built around grid capacity that exists or is contracted. Names and locations are disclosed to investors and partners after a first conversation; the overview below is indicative.
Projects under development
| Project | Country | Type | Grid capacity | Generation | Stage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rheinhafen Alpha | Germany | Data campus on former power-station site | 120 MW | Wind + solar, 180 MW | Permitting |
| Nordic Gateway | Sweden | Hybrid park with storage | 80 MW | Solar + BESS | Ready to build |
| Thames Corridor | United Kingdom | Data campus, private wire | 95 MW | Wind PPA | Pre-letting |
| Ebro Valley | Spain | Industrial-estate conversion | 60 MW | Solar + grid | Site secured |
| Baltic Wind | Denmark | Generation portfolio | — | Wind, 140 MW | Operating |
Status as at 30 June 2026. Capacities are planned figures and will change during development.
Three project types
Campus conversions
Former power-station, steel or chemical sites with a live or reactivatable high-voltage connection. The core of the strategy: land, grid and zoning already in place, generation and compute added.
Hybrid generation with storage
Wind and solar parks with co-located batteries, developed to supply a campus in the same bidding zone or to sell firmed power under PPA. Some are held on their own merits as generation assets.
Edge and industrial sites
Smaller campuses of 10–40 MW on industrial estates near cities, where heat can be delivered into an existing district network and latency to users is short.
Where we work
Across Europe, wherever grid capacity, renewable resource and demand for compute align. Current focus markets are listed here; we look at other countries case by case.
- Germany, Austria, SwitzerlandStructural-change regions with retired thermal capacity; Frankfurt and Zurich demand
- NordicsLow-cost hydro and wind, cool climate, strong grids
- United Kingdom and IrelandDeep compute demand, connection reform under way
- IberiaEurope's best solar resource, growing interconnection
- Benelux and FranceEstablished data-centre hubs with nuclear and offshore-wind supply
- Central and Eastern EuropeIndustrial sites with heavy connections and available land
Do you own or manage a site like this? A former industrial or power-generation site with a connection of 50 MW or more, industrial zoning and room to expand — we would like to look at it. How we work with landowners.
