2. Hosting and access logs

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you access it, the provider's servers record the IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and browser information in log files. This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after 14 days.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services.

4. Web fonts

This website loads the typefaces Libre Baskerville and Source Sans 3 from Google Fonts. When a page is loaded your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in a consistent presentation.

5. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, organisation, email address, telephone number, the category you select and your message) to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The form transmits your data encrypted (TLS) to our server, which forwards it by email to our mailbox; the form does not store data in a database. We retain enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and thereafter in line with statutory retention periods.

6. Investor enquiries

If you ask for fund documents, we process the information needed to confirm your investor status and jurisdiction, and, once you register, the information required under anti-money-laundering law. Details are set out in the fund's separate investor privacy notice provided with the offering documents.

7. Recipients

Data is disclosed only to service providers bound by data-processing agreements (hosting, email), to professional advisers where necessary, and to authorities where we are legally obliged. No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA except as described under web fonts.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under Art. 15–21 GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
